We operate a simple shipping policy as follows:

All items, with the exception of light orders are shipped tracked. Some may require a signature. Tracking information will be emailed to you once it is made available from the carrier. 

Holiday Shipping:

Last order dates for gauranteed Christmas delivery are as follows:

EU store for delivery inside of the EU is 21st December;

UK store for mainland UK delivery is  22nd December;

AU store for delivery within Australia is 14th December;

USA store for delivery within mainland USA is 20th December; and

Rest of the World and outlying USA islands, last order date is 10th December.

 

UK shipping:

£1.99 for small light orders that will fit inside a small envelope (accessories including 3.5mm cable and sports strap for Headbones)

£6.00 for all orders under £25.00 is applied to your order at checkout.

Free of charge for orders of £25.00 or more

International shipping: 

EU £9.99 flat rate.

Rest of World is charged at a flat rate of £19.99. 

USA orders - we advise selecting our US store to optimise the cost of shipping in the USA.

For orders purchased through the UK website and shipped outside of the EU, the customer is responsible for any import charges incurred.

Important Notice in regard to Shipping

Whilst we make every effort to ship out products speedily and efficiently and aim to deliver most UK domestic orders within 2 - 3 working days of receiving the order it is dependent upon the time the order was placed and the time of year. 

For International orders these can take anything from 5 - 10 days depending upon the location. All International orders are shipped tracked and tracking information will be sent to you once the order has shipped. 

During UK public holiday please allow for additional processing time as our fulfilment team do not work on weekends or public holidays. Over Easter and Christmas holidays that may lead to orders taking up to 7 days to be delivered. 

If you require an item by a specific date please raise a support ticket as this will require special handling an incur additional charges.
